Trove is a massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) developed by Trion Worlds. The game has now released its latest event, the Battle of Faes and Undead. Players must choose to side with the fae or undead in this battle for control over the land.
Which would you prefer if you had to choose between zombie monsters and mischievous faefolk? That is the choice posed to Trove players in the game’s most recent event, which asks them to choose a side in a battle between the fae and the undead. Players may also pick both sides; the stakes aren’t that high since nothing in Trove is serious.
Players on all platforms can speak with the Undead Envoy Skullerd or the Fae Prince Fabio Fae La Fearso at the Hub until Tuesday, September 28th, then enter new tombs in the Fae Forest and Cursed Vale biomes to farm Marks of Honor, which can be used to craft goodies like tomb Terraformers and the new Target Dummies block type. If you’re searching for a guide, you can find one here.
Players may also check out the all-new Bard class, as well as a new crafting tier in Crystallogy that allows them to create friends, mounts, wings, and Bard outfits on consoles (specifically, Xbox and PlayStation). Meanwhile, Nintendo Switch owners will have to wait a little longer for the update, but the length of time isn’t stated. If you’re searching for more Trove, we recently finished a month-long tour for CMA, which included everything from spear-wielding foxes to amazing player-made Club Worlds.
Until September 28, 2021, it’s Fae vs. Undead!
Choose a side (or both) and explore the all-new tombs to fight foes and win incredible prizes!
